The Wossner WO-3504-DB Forged Piston Kit is a Premium Series graded piston designed for selected Yamaha YZ250F, YZ250FX and WR250F four-stroke off-road motorcycles. Featuring a 77.01 mm bore grade, 76.97 mm piston size and a 14.4:1 Wossner compression ratio, it provides the next piston grade for cylinders that require a slightly larger piston after accurate measurement.
Manufactured from high-strength forged aluminium, the WO-3504-DB features Wossner’s Double Bridge Forging construction for increased piston strength and stability under demanding high-RPM conditions. Its two-ring design supports effective sealing and durability, while precision machining helps maintain the correct piston-to-cylinder clearance.
