Wossner WO-4075-DB Premium Series Forged Piston Kit for KTM, Husqvarna & GasGas 450 Four-Stroke – 95.01 mm
The Wossner WO-4075-DB Forged Piston Kit is a Premium Series graded piston designed for selected KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas 450cc four-stroke motocross, cross-country and supermoto motorcycles. Manufactured from premium forged aluminium, it features a gas-ported, two-ring design engineered to provide excellent strength, piston stability and dependable sealing under demanding competition conditions.
Featuring a 95.01 mm graded cylinder bore, 94.96 mm finished piston diameter, 63.40 mm stroke compatibility, 22.80 mm compression height and a 13.5:1 Wossner compression ratio, the WO-4075-DB is intended for accurately measured cylinders requiring the first graded piston size. The piston is supplied with a DLC-coated wrist pin, piston rings and retaining clips.

Important: Always confirm the motorcycle make, model, year and measured cylinder bore before ordering. The 94.96 mm graded piston must be selected according to the measured cylinder bore to achieve the specified 0.05 mm piston-to-cylinder clearance. Professional engine assembly and clearance checking are recommended.
