S&S Power Tune Duals header system is not just an end to the headache of the constantly failing stock "Y pipe" header design. With an improved pipe bend profile, the exhaust heat is moved farther away from the rider and passenger. A hidden crossover chamber provides classic true dual styling, but provides the improved midrange torque and horsepower of a 2-1 system.

  • Moves the rear cylinder header under the bike to reduce radiated heat to the passenger
  • Full chrome or ceramic black heat shielding with 220? coverage
  • Oxygen sensor bungs*

*S&S Power Tune headers will fit the 2009-Up Harley-Davidson? Tri Glide?? models.  The same power gains and good looks that the two wheeled riders enjoy can now be installed onto the Tri Glide?? models.  An additional adaptor kit will need to be purchased (550-0799).  

*Has 18mm sensor fittings in the stock locations for 2007-??08 bikes. If not equipped with oxygen sensors, the ports can be used for tuning. Caps are included if ports are not used.
